Refund Policy

If your rewritten resume and cover letter don't help, email hello@blackdocsai.com within 14 days of purchase with your order code and we'll refund you in full.

Packs (2 or 3 rewrites)

Unused rewrites in a pack can be refunded at any time within 14 days. If you've used some, we refund the unused part, or the full amount if you weren't happy with the ones you received.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
